What are the Mississippi state regulations regarding product limits?
As of July 1, 2024, MMCEUs are governed by a 30-day rolling limit. A 30-day allotment is 24 MMCEUs.
This rolling limit is not based on calendar months or card date, it is based on purchases the past 30 days, counted as sequential 24-hour periods, at the same exact time.
An MMCEU is equivalent to:
- 3.5 grams of flower
- up to 100 mg of THC in infused products
- up to one gram of concentrate
